The Internal Diameter Sealing Quick Connect (KI, KI-M, KI-M-H) is used for pressure and vacuum testing. The Connect quickly seals bores, internal tubes components, and can also be used for filling and pick and place operation. The pneumatic actuation makes the connect the ideal choice for quality testing during production and automation of test procedures, thus increasing productivity. Just insert the connect into the test piece, apply pilot pressure and the pressure-tight connection is obtained within a second. The easy handling creates significant time and cost saving. Nonstandard versions for special cases of application are available (high pressure, high/low temperature, size of the sealing diameter, twin sealing) upon request.
