High Pressure ID Sealing
The KI-M-C connects are used to seal internal bores and tubes of copper, steel and aluminium is suitable for pressure as well as vacuum testing, as well as for underwater, pressure decay and helium tests.
Just insert the connect into the test piece, apply toggle clamp and the pressure-tight connection is obtained within a second.
Pressure assisted sealing and collet locking mechanism prevents accidental disconnection under pressure if handle is released. Stainless steel collets provide maximum grip with minimum distortion of the test piece.

Operation Sequence (Manual)
- Insert the connect into the test piece.
- Actuate the toggle clamp.
- The test piece will get sealed with help collets and O-ring.
- Actuate the testing pressure.
- Release the testing pressure after cycle completion.
- Release the toggle clamp.
- Remove the connect from the test piece.
