EV Part Sealing: HV/ LV
The KI-M-R connects are used for battery pack components.
Just insert the connect into the test piece, apply pilot pressure/toggle clamp and the pressure-tight connection is obtained within a second. The easy handling creates significant time and cost saving.
Operation Sequence (pneumatic)
- Insert the connect into the test piece.
- Actuate the pilot pressure.
- The test piece will get sealed with help of the connect.
- Actuate the testing pressure.
- Release the testing pressure after cycle completion.
- Release the pilot pressure.
- Remove the connect from the test piece.
- Remove the connect from the test piece.
